Mindset, a regional research firm based in Amman, is looking to hire a full-time HR & Admin officer with the below qualifications:
• BA in HR management / business administration or a related field
• Additional HR education and certification will be a plus
• Minimum three years of experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role
• Understanding of labor laws
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Very good command of Microsoft office
Some of the responsibilities include:
• Assisting in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures;
• Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process;
• Developing training and development programs;
• Assisting in the performance management process;
• Maintaining and updating current internal HR systems and databases;
• Preparing regular administrative reports;
• Liaising with external vendors and subcontractors and preparing contracts when needed;
• Managing staff related social activities; and
• Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks such as booking, procurement, appointment setting, and logistical support for other departments
