-Present the company in front of any governmental bodies upon request.
-Assist in providing advice on litigation risks to decision makers across the company.
-Provide legal advices when required that may be related to corporate law such as investments, M&;As, tax and legal restructurings
-Drafting, reviewing, advising and negotiating all types of contracts and addendums
-Draft legal guidelines and processes for different business related to different matters such as HR, logistics etc
– It is essential that you are a Saudi National
-Holds Bachelor/Master Degree in Law or equivalent
-You must be common law qualified or KSA qualified
-A minimum of 2+ years of experience
– An excellent skill in both languages (Arabic and English)
-Excellent legal research, analysis, writing, advisory, and advocacy skills
-Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative manner within a multi-disciplinary and multicultural environment
-Interest in learning new technologies and business models; and willing to make recommendations and participate in the decision-making process.
-Background in contract support for a variety of business functions.
-Ability to advise management on risks across the business and strategies for mitigation.
-Good judgment, integrity and attention to detail
