Develop and manage roadmap and lifecycle for stc Cyber Security & ICT offering.
Keep updated market research on industry trends, competition and competitive offering
Identify the new partners, vendors, solutions and services to enhance offering.
Develop and implement new use cases.
Develop business cases for designed value propositions to size potential demand and attractive ROI.
Responsible for the development, testing and delivery of commercially ready managed Cyber Security and ICT products and services.
Monitor performance of launched managed cyber security and ICT services against specified KPIs and report on a regular basis to higher management.
Identify root causes of underperformance and suggest corrective actions, as needed.
Review and administer SOC SOPs and processes.
Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Operations in the development of Go-To-Market plans to stimulate ICT services.
Support Marketing team in commercial launch of the services.
Work closely with stc Technology and partner teams for ICT and Cyber Security service enhancement.
Ensure SOC is operated within business SLAs.
Perform other duties as requestedBachelor’s degree in IT or Telecom Engineering or relevant field from a recognized university.
Security certification is an advantage.
Min 8 yrs of overall experience with 5 years or more spent in managing operational roles independently
