Execute in stc Bahrain’s Digital Services for achieving their set department strategies & financial targets by managing the overall digital services lifecycle from planning to implementation and meeting the expectations of digital customer experience
Develops tactical plans in line with Sector's strategy.
Define and detail Commercial digital strategy & roadmap in line with overall blueprint, strategic aspirations and journeys – roadmap definition to include prioritization of features, systems/tools, process and initiatives based on cost-benefit analysis & synergies.
Manage, enhance and develop functional business requirements for stc Digital channels, including SSM, Mobile App, Website, Eshop.
Design and optimize UI/UX wireframes in light of designed journeys and defined corporate guidelines and maintain consistency across stc digital channels.
Lead agile definition of functional requirements in collaboration with Technology for the development of features and applications.
Oversee design and optimization of UI/UX wireframes and definition of functional requirements for stc digital channels based on BU requirements to ensure quality and consistency.
Lead UAT activity for all digital channels for stc digital services.
Own all Commercial digital channel sales operations from lead generation to sales order posting for landing pages, Website, Portal, Mobile App., USSD, Social Media pages, OB Email.
Maintain alignment of digital functional requirements across commercial business units, SDs, RfPs and in line with digital blueprint.
lead in digital demand management and quality assurance of requirements for all digital channels.
Lead all channel activation across Commercial digital channels including traffic steering and funnel management.
Manage all Commercial digitally generated leads including lead collection, consolidation and prioritization across channels.
Ensure the tracking of overall departmental performance against specified KPI’s and report this information on a regular basis to higher management.
Participate in the achievement of the Section's objectives by performing related activities.
Perform other duties as requested.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or IT
Min 10 yrs of functional experience. The incumbent should have spent more than 5 yrs at supervisory Level managing functional teams and SMES’s
