Duties and Responsibility
1. Respond to client’s answers and inquiries.
2. Identify client’s needs from furniture products.
3. Prepare financial proposal to clients.
4. Record and update customer files and database.
5. Arrange with other departments’ to respond to clients’ furniture needs.
6. Run after sales follow and identify customers’ experience.
Qualification: Diploma Degree in Business Administration
Experience: Three years of experience in similar position
Physical Demand: Ability to communicate orally with customers, management, and coworkers,
both individually and in front of a group is important. Regular use of the
telephone and e-mail for communication is essential.
Sitting for extended periods is common. Hearing, vision, and speaking within
normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary
information, and to prepare or inspect documents.
Work Environment: The job is performed indoors in a traditional office setting. Extended periods
of sitting while using a computer or other devices are common.
