Job Summary
To ensure the availability and validity of materials to meet the production schedule and coordination
with purchasing department to purchase the needed resources
Duties and Responsibility
1. Oversee all aspects of the supply chain and ensure that practices are implemented correctly.
2. Performance tracking of all activities (production, purchasing and warehouses)
3. Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain function with other functional areas,
such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance
4. Manage inbound and outbound operations.
5. Lead, develop and implement strategic and operational actions.
6. Target and lead negotiations with supplier and external entities.
7. Ensure continuity of product supply and achieve optimization of resource utilization.
8. Monitoring of KPI’s relating to all purchase performance.
9. Proactive management in optimizing Supply Chain and minimizing risk
10. Review and update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing policies,
standards, regulations, or laws.
11. Establish supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or
system flows.

Qualification: University Degree in Industrial Engineer
Experience: Ten years of experience in similar position.
Physical Demand: Ability to communicate orally with customers, management, and coworkers,
both individually and in front of a group is important. Regular use of the
telephone and e-mail for communication is essential.
Sitting for extended periods is common. Hearing, vision, and speaking within
normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary
information, and to prepare or inspect documents
Work Environment: The job is performed indoors in a traditional office setting. Extended periods
of sitting while using a computer or other devices are common
