Ensure Tax systems and related reporting dashboard are implemented and aligned as per company policy in all countries
Oversee daily, monthly and other interface operations related tax system to ensure implementation and use as per company policies and procedures
System Development, Maintenance and Integration
Manage regular administration for ONESOURCE Integration across MAF-Retail countries.
Administrate & monitor any failed transaction and re-process post correction (as per agreed SOP by business).
Troubleshoot any integration process error or transaction failure due to data quality, mapping issues and report to business stakeholders.
Co-ordinate within MAF source systems, TIBCO middleware & MAF tax team.
Perform any new enhancement within ONESOURCE Tax engine & Integration workflow.
Work on any new mapping for any new store codes or any other mapping in ONESOURCE & TIBCO Middleware.
Administrate & manage any business rule changes within ONESOURCE Tax Engine.
Work as a first point of contact from countries on any regulatory support system developments and reporting’s requirements.
Keep a full track on appropriate functionality of tax and regulatory reports and necessary updates depending upon change in laws and compliance?
Provide support for ONESOURCE Tax engine (troubleshoot any reported issue, resolve issues within ONESOURCE
Analysis and Reporting
Oversee the development reports in financial reporting system
Enhance and standardize existing financial reports as per user needs
Oversee system analysis, design and development of new reports as per business requirements in order to provide consolidated financial information as per requirements
System Support and Communication
Provide system information to concerned stakeholders in order improve overall performance and efficiency regarding the finance system applications
Advise the support team in managing the end users training and other related activities
Maintain the relation with end users and external suppliers
Human Capital Responsibilities
Assist with the implementation of the performance management process by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and provide constructive feedback and provide inputs to senior management
Provide mentorship for the purpose of developing a continuous talent pipeline for key roles
Provide inputs on training needs and coordinate with the HC department to ensure facilitation of training requirements
Develop and implement on the job-training for the team
Provide inputs for the development of annual manpower plan
Ensure the implementation of MAF Retail’s corporate policies and relevant procedures
Minimum Qualifications/education
Charted accountant with Tax knowledge and with IT system project management experience
Minimum experience
5+ years in a Finance Department - with Tax exposure
2+ with project management
Skills
Good business communication and presentation skills

Understanding about financial Transactions and financial terms
